Back to top How long am I paid commissions for?You continue to receive commissions on any account that you've signed up for a period of two years. All renewals of the Bizeo subscription during this period are included.

Back to top How are customer orders allocated against my franchise?Upon successful application as a reseller (or franchisee), you receive a special 'activity code'. When a customer signs up, they must do one of the following to indicate that their order is associated with your franchise:
- click on a link (e.g. from your website) that includes the details of your activity code, as per instructed on the franchise portal
- enter your franchise's activity code in the coupon code field when they place an order through the Bizeo portal.
Yes. The franchise portal has a facility that enables you to see a list of all customers that your franchise has signed up.
